To YOU.
You said you’d wake up at 5. You didn’t.
You said you’d hit the gym. You skipped it.
You said today was the day.
IT WASN’T.
Every broken promise makes your word cheaper.
Do it enough and your own word means nothing, even to you.
That’s where the doubt comes from.
